We aim to respond within the same day. It could occasionally happen that we respond a little later due to a high volume of requests during busy periods.
Is there a cost of driving?
We charge a driving fee to cover the fee of getting to you. This varies depending on your location. Please inquire for more details.
How can I pay?
We accept pin, bank transfer, credit card, and cash.
How do you ensure customer satisfaction?
Our staff are employed and trained solely by Titan Cleaning to maintain high standards. Our managers check this by auditing before and after pictures for every clean. After every clean, the team leader takes the customer on a walkthrough to show all aspects of the clean and ensure they are happy before any payment is taken. This way, you are in total control of the standard of the clean.
What does the booking process look like?
After putting through a quote request, our team will contact you with some questions regarding your house or apartment. Upon answering these, we send you an estimate and plan a date for the clean. Our cleaners arrive at the agreed upon time and location and start cleaning!
How soon are you available?
This is entirely dependent on our availability. It could be as soon as the next day. The end of the month and start of the month are our busiest periods, so make sure to book in advance!
