Frequently asked questions
How do you clean my appliances?
We use a variety of chemicals and techniques that differ per appliance. For ovens we use a professional kitchen grade degreaser, for other appliances we use more gentle cleaners. We wash all our cleaners off with an all cleanser at the end of the clean.
How long does cleaning take?
This largely depends on the type of appliance and the condition that it is in. For example, ovens and gas stove tops take around 1-1.5 hour(s) each - significantly longer than it takes to deep clean a dishwasher or fridge.
Do I have to be present during the clean?
We ask that customers are present at the start of the clean to show the crew the appliances, and at the end of the clean to check the quality of the work. Our teams work in different homes everyday
How long until I can use my appliance after cleaning?
We recommend that for all cleaning you run the appliance without anything in it. In the case of ovens this is to burn off any residual chemical, and for dishwashers this is to flush out the pipes.
How does the booking process work?
After sending the quote request, our team will contact you with some questions about the property. After these are answered, we will send you a quote and schedule a date for the cleaning. Our cleaners arrive at the agreed time and location and start cleaning!
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept a variety of payment methods to suit you - debit/credit card, bank trnsfer, payment link or cash.
Payment is taken after the job has been completed and you have confirmed that you are satisfied with the clean.
