Frequently asked questions
How do you clean my balcony or patio?
We use a mixture of chemicals, depending on whether the area is simply dirty, or has green moss present. After shampooing the outdoor space we either use a scrubbing machine or pressure washer. This is dependent on the material outdoors. For materials, such as wood, that need a less abrassive approach, we use a scrub machine.
How long does cleaning take?
This depends on the size of the space, the method used to clean, and if any waste needs to be removed. Please enquire using the quote form to help us give you a more accurate estimation.
Do I have to be present during the clean?
We recommend that you are present for the start and the end of the clean. Our teams are trained to update you throughout the clean to ensure you can be present to inspect the final result.
Will the green moss return?
We remove 100% of the green moss when cleaning the outdoor area. We are able to treat the area to ensure the moss doesn't return over the summer period. However, in order to maintain your outdoor space, we recommend completing this treatment twice per year.
How does the booking process work?
After sending the quote request, our team will contact you with some questions about the property. After these are answered, we will send you a quote and schedule a date for the cleaning. Our cleaners arrive at the agreed time and location and start cleaning!
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept a variety of payment methods to suit you - debit/credit card, bank trnsfer, payment link or cash.
Payment is taken after the job has been completed and you have confirmed that you are satisfied with the clean.
