Repainting stained areas
After the mold treatment, it is possible for us to repaint the area to remove staining. This must be conducted at least 2 days after treatment.

What do you use to kill the mold?
We use a sodium hypochlorite solution, which kills mold, bacteria, and other pathogens by denaturing proteins, inactivating enzymes, disrupting nucleic acids, and destroying important cellular components.
How long does treatment take?
This depends on the size, severity and location of the mold. We make personalised treatment plans for all of our clients and work methodically to ensure no areas are missed. For an accurate estimate, please fill in the form at the top of this page.
Do I have to be present during the clean?
Customers, children and pets must be out of the house during the mold removal. Cleaning teams use a mixture of strong chemicals that are not safe to inhale without the proper safety equipment. We reccomend airing the room(s) out for a minimum of 4 hours afterwards to allow these to dissipate (we offer an ozone air purification treatment as an alternative for this).
Will the mold return?
Titan guarantees to kill all of the active mold in the area, and will offer advice on the causes and future prevention of mold.
It is always reccomended to seek an independent survey of the building to fully determine the cause, this is the only way to guarantee long term prevention.
How does the booking process work?
After sending the quote request, our team will contact you with some questions about the property. After these are answered, we will send you a quote and schedule a date for the cleaning. Our cleaners arrive at the agreed time and location and start cleaning!
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept a variety of payment methods to suit you - debit/credit card, bank trnsfer, payment link or cash.
Payment is taken after the job has been completed and you have confirmed that you are satisfied with the clean.
